Payment

southerncyprusproperty.com will not arrange delivery of any items until payment has made and has cleared via our bank account. All prices shown are in Euros.

Delivery

We will endeavor to adhere to the customers preference for delivery and installation, including dates, times and access arrangements. All delivery times will be confirmed with the customer at time of order. We will undertake to deliver on time and as agreed, however in the event of unforeseen circumstances, leading to delays we will notify the customer immediately and seek to make alternative arrangements. Customers are required to give southerncyprusproperty.com at least 21 days notice of any alterations to agreed arrangements for delivery and installation. We reserve the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred in respect of last minute changes to delivery dates and times.

Damaged/Returns

We will act on behalf of the customer and replace all goods that arrive damaged or are faulty*. However, any subsequent problems with items that fail under guarantee will be the responsibility of the customer.

* At the time of installation.

Liability

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all goods are insured once delivered. southerncyprusproperty.com are only accountable for the goods up to the time of delivery and installation, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage of goods occurring after completion of works. Southerncyprusproperty.com will not be liable for any loss or injury attributed to defects in the goods or otherwise in relation to the performance of any contract entered into between southerncyprusproperty.com and the customer. The customer shall indemnify southerncyprusproperty.com against any claim for damage, loss or injury made by a third party.

Right of Possession

All items will remain the property of southerncyprusproperty.com until the full amount of the invoice value has been paid. No item will be delivered until the final account has been settled.

Cancellation

Southerncypruproperty.com reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred through change of pack or installation date, which is not the fault of southerncyprusproperty.com. Southerncyprusproperty.com reserve the right to cancel an agreement at any time, in this instance the customers full payment will be refunded within 28 working days excluding 10% of the total order to cover southerncyprusproperty.com costs.

Inventory

southerncyprusproperty.com will provide a full inventory and schedule of condition, including a full description and any relevant information within 14 working days of installation.

Unforeseen Events

Southerncyprusproperty.com will not be liable to the purchaser for any breach of contract arising from or which may have been caused by an act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, government order, direction or legislation by fire, accident, strike or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions, delays in transport or by any other matter over which southerncyprusproperty.com has no control.

Guarantees

Not all goods supplied by southerncyprusproperty.com will come with a manufactures warranty or guarantee. Where applicable all warranties will be passed to the purchaser to be held in case of faulty workmanship or other claims requiring exchange or repair. All warranties will be supplied to the purchaser with installation or within 7 working days of installation.

Orders and Descriptions

All items will be supplied in accordance with the customers order unless you are otherwise notified. After an order has been placed, any request by the customer to make changes in respect of goods to be supplied may incur additional costs. We will always endeavour to supply exact goods as specified in the order, however we reserve the right to upgrade or substitute items with those of an equivalent type and quality, without notice if required. All images shown on southerncyprusproperty.com are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect exact goods supplied. In order to offer the best possible service and value for money to our customers we are constantly improving and upgrading our range of goods and expanding on suppliers. With this in mind we are unable to guarantee exact designs, format, materials, colour matches, finish and materials of goods.
