Better than a villa !! Brand New for 2010, with 926 Sq Ft it makes this luxury apartment the largest in the complex. With split-level air conditioning in the living area, and both bedrooms it means that the temperature in each room can be controlled by a remote control similar to that of a TV.

Our 2 bed / 2 bath apartment sleeps and caters for up to 4 guests. There is a 32 inch LCD TV with satellite TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen including oven and hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, balcony with table and chairs - ideal for early morning tea in the sun or where a cold beer or glass of wine can be enjoyed at the end of an exciting day at the many local beaches.

Open all year round, therefore suitable for long stays in the low season, Kapparis has a sophisticated feel and boasts numerous cosmopolitan bars and restaurants including Cypriot, English, Italian and Chinese cuisine. Fireman’s Bay is the nearest sandy beach and is a 30 minute walk from the apartment. There is a 24 hour bakery/mini market close by.

The bustling local town of Paralimni is nearby and will give you a taste of the real Cyprus with traditional tavernas, historic churches and the old square home to a host of chic cafes. The family resort of Protaras/Pernera is a short car/taxi ride away and has plenty of restaurants, bars and live nightlife and boasts one of the islands best beaches, Fig Tree Bay.

If all-night clubs are your thing head to the “strip” in Ayia Napa which is 15 minutes by car/taxi and also hosts Europe’s largest themed water park. Cape Greko a nature reserve with awesome sea caves, stunning sea views, Konnos Bay is highly recommended for sun and snorkeling.

• A welcome pack of food can be provided if required but there is also a 24 hour bakery near the apartment where you can get most supplies including fresh bread, pastries, milk, deli-products, drinks etc. Should you have any problems during your stay our property management company - Overseas Keys are available 24 hours a day.
