Time schedule and payment terms

If you want to maximise your investment it is no good waiting until the developer hands over the keys before you start thinking about renting it out. Furniture packs should be ordered at least 8 weeks before completion. Once snagging is complete and the property is clean our teams of expert fitters will start the installation.

Payment terms are as follows:

(Best price is now guaranteed to be fixed at the price of the offer or lower if there is a subsequent discount).

50% deposit with order, 8 weeks before completion.

50% 4 weeks before completion.

With the pound falling against the euro, many customers have asked if they can pay larger amounts to protect themselves from future falls. If you wish to pay a larger deposit please let us know.

How quickly can we install your furniture pack?

We can fit and install within 10 - 14 days of receiving your final payment (provided, of course, that your snagging is complete and the property has been handed over to you).

What about snagging my property and rental services?

If you buy a furniture package from us you will get a massive discount on the cost of snagging your property once the developer tells you building work is complete.
